From the first line of code to a team of 40+.
First commercial code
I wrote my first commercial code in my early twenties. Fresh out of Silesian University of Technology, I started a company and began building – websites, business applications, anything that needed solving with code.
Thinking in products
I started thinking in products early on. I built my own framework for spinning up CMS platforms and CRM/ERP applications. I created a SaaS product and sold it to corporate clients – years before “SaaS” was even a word people used.
Company grew
As the company grew, it needed something different from me than writing code. Moving from the role of developer to the role of leader was probably the hardest thing I’ve learned. Computer science doesn’t teach you how to manage people, how to hire, or how to make decisions that don’t have a single correct answer.
How WLC.TEAM came to be
At some point, we decided to go all in on WordPress. The Polish market was too small, so we turned to international clients. Agencies abroad needed reliable WordPress teams – and that’s how our international journey began.
For years, we served as the technology backbone for agencies around the world. It taught us discipline, working across different standards, and communicating with demanding clients. But it also taught us that we wanted to build our own relationships with the companies we help.
Today, we’re where we wanted to be. We work directly with companies – from mid-sized organizations to large corporations. We help them build WordPress platforms that grow with their business. We take over projects that others couldn’t finish. We stay for the long term, because that’s how real partnership works.

Started his career as a founder of a local ISP company during his student times, next became a founder and president of one of the leading Polish online photo laboratories delivering photo prints, highly recognized in the professional photographers community due to the focus on the highest quality of services and customer care.
At White Label Coders responsible for the sales process and sales team, still involved in the analytical and advisory roles in case of more complex projects.
